1. Commit to exercise 5 days a week.
Set your activity goal (example: I will walk 10 minutes each day, I will take 5000 steps per day or I will add one day of yoga to my routine).
-Once registered join the Northwest Team Parkinson's by searching us on the Group page
-Log your activities on the Activities page
3. Log your activities daily.
4. Follow our progress and help the team each our monthly goals.
6. Do not stop and keep the momentum going.
7. Feel the results as you improve your strength, balance and stamina and you live your best in the years to come.
